4. Account Registration and Security

To create an account with idc88, you must complete our registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and chosen username and password. All information provided must match official identification documents you may be required to submit for verification purposes.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

idc88 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued identification (Indonesian national ID card or KTP), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals cannot be processed until account verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must immediately notify our customer support team of any unauthorized access or security breaches. idc88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.4 Account Information Updates

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

idc88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking infrastructure. idc88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the User.

5.4 Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, we may implement deposit limits on accounts. Users may also set their own deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum period of 24 hours.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount before funds become withdrawable. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts with positive balances after notifying you via email. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed with remaining balances forfeited after reasonable attempts to contact you.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the idc88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of idc88 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The idc88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of idc88. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our trademarks without prior written permission. All game content is licensed from third-party providers and remains their intellectual property.

13. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idc88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification
